Véronique Boyer is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Food Security. Her diverse educational background in environmental studies, culture, communication, and sociology equips her with a comprehensive, multidisciplinary outlook on food-related matters. Working under the guidance of Marie-Ève Gaboury-Bonhomme, she is specifically studying fruit and vegetable accessibility and availability in Quebec. Through her studies, she aims to uncover effective strategies for cultivating more resilient and equitable food systems.
