Laurence Guillaumie is a professor at Université Laval’s Faculty of Nursing within the Public/Community Health Programs. She is also a researcher at both the CHU de Québec-Université Laval and the NUTRISS-INAF research centers. Her research initiatives are centered around advancing sustainable food systems on a territorial scale. Employing a collaborative research methodology involving territorial stakeholders, her work strives to gain deeper insights into the intricacies of socioecological transitions. Notably, her research endeavors are primarily concentrated within the Mauricie region.
