Jean-Philippe Drouin-Chartier, DtP, PhD, is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Pharmacy of Université Laval, a researcher at the Centre NUTRISS, and the director of the research theme on Nutrition and Well-being at the Institute of Nutrition and Functional Foods (INAF). His research focuses on the prevention and management of cardiometabolic and cardiovascular diseases through diet and medication. His work is grounded in clinical, epidemiological, and metabolomic approaches and has received funding from CIHR and FRQS.
