Antonin Lamazière holds the positions of professor and hospital practitioner at Sorbonne Université’s Faculty of Medicine. He serves as the head of the Clinical Metabolomics department at Saint Antoine Hospital (AP-HP.Sorbonne Université).

His research focus is situated at the crossroads of metabolism, nutrition, and endocrine and metabolic pathologies. Through his work, he employs translational approaches that bridge fundamental physiopathological questions with the development of innovative diagnostic tools for practical patient care. Collaborating with his team, he has recently demonstrated the value of integrating targeted metabolomics techniques with mathematical modeling derived from machine learning and AI. This inventive combination aims to map and enhance understanding of pivotal biochemical pathways while exploring novel endocrine symptomatologies, ultimately improving patient management and therapeutic monitoring.
