A festive and successful edition!
The festive 2025 edition, which simultaneously celebrated BÉNÉFIQ’s 15th anniversary and INAF’s 25th anniversary, highlighted the strength of partnerships and future perspectives during the opening and closing panel. The parallel sessions program was structured around three major themes, each broken down into three complementary sessions:
Food Quality

- Complementarity and diversification of protein sources
Personalized Nutrition
- Healthy aging and maintaining health at all ages: perspectives and innovative approaches
- Harnessing the gut microbiota to design health-promoting foods and ingredients
- Brain, satiety, and drugs for obesity treatment: a new era of weight management—threat or opportunity?
Consumer Trends and Behavior
- Food purchasing behaviors: tensions, values, and strategies
- Food communication: what solutions to counter misinformation?
- Sustainable solutions for affordable food
These timely topics were addressed throughout the program with conferences, panels, scientific presentations, and market trend forecasts, ensuring space for all subjects related to healthy and sustainable eating.
The Innovation Fair introduced several new features, including the presence of nearly 40 startups showcasing their innovations and fostering new collaborations. The Next Generation Fair was also in the spotlight, with numerous activities throughout the program, such as the networking coffee for young professionals.
