Co-founder and CEO of Youmeal, engineer and with a PhD in physics, Rémy has 15 years of experience in online software contexts linked with dynamic databases. He has co-founded 2 other starts-up and has held executive technical and business responsibilities. He strongly believes that IT technologies are fully ready to tremendously enhance current food offer on both the nutritional and environmental points of view.


In the food sector, the subject of product and recipe information can benefit from recent progresses in “artificial intelligence”. This technological contribution offers new dimensions of information to consumers who are more and more demanding and allows professional food players to improve their offer through greater creativity and to interact efficiently with their customers. Several applications will be presented and the future perspectives evoked.
